Like many fans of The Shins, the soundtrack to Garden State was my introduction to their music. From there, I dove into the Chutes Too Narrow album. After that came the long waits between new albums in 2007 and 2012.
Maintaining that five year pace, The Shins have announced their new album Heartworms will arrive on March 10, 2017. They’ve also shared a second track from the album, “Name For You.”
Back in October, we got our first taste of new Shins music with “Dead Alive.”
