New Order Live Album Showcases New Music, Hits and Joy Division Classics

Last week, New Order announced plans to play a series of shows in the UK backed by a 12-piece synthesizer ensemble. With no news of the tour coming overseas, fans in the US likely won’t get a chance to experience the show unless a live album or DVD are released.

And speaking of live albums…

Today, New Order has announced a new live album from their tour to support their most recent studio effort, Music Complete. Entitled NOMC15, the new live set was recorded in November 2015 at London’s Brixton Academy. While the set expectedly leans heavily on the newer music, there’s still several classic New Order hits and some Joy Division as well.

If you’d like a little extra with your Order, be sure to check out the PledgeMusic campaign for NOMC15, which has bundles including t-shirts, art prints, and even a copy of their 2011 live album Live at The London Troxy.

NOMC15 comes out May 26, 2017.
